I found the staff to be attentive. Dhurba particularly impressed me with his constant friendliness. The hotel's cleanliness, both in the common areas and the rooms, stood out. The pool was nice. I saw the breakfast buffet offered a variety of options and was included. The location on the beach was nice, it gave easy access for swimming.

The air conditioning in my room did not work well for a portion of my stay. The room service experienced delays. I found the variety of tea flavors limited, most included mint, a flavor I dislike.

i liked that the staff were polite and friendly. karim and desmond were helpful. the breakfast was good.

the really nice restaurant was pay only, despite all inclusive package. the bars opened after 12.00 am. it was a bit inconvenient. it would have been better if they were open earlier.
